We want every Mollivie case to arrive in usable, clean, and protective condition.

Returns

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the product page, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will review the case and offer a replacement, refund, or other practical solution.

Warranty

Mollivie provides a 30-day limited warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal use. The warranty does not cover incorrect model selection, accidental damage, heavy impact, misuse, normal wear, or cosmetic marks caused by daily use.
